Nestled within the western reaches of Roseville, California, lies a burgeoning haven known as Fiddyment Farms. This vibrant development has witnessed a surge in new homes, accompanied by a corresponding growth in its population. In a span of just five years, the landscape has transformed, welcoming not only new residential enclaves but also an array of educational institutions. Among these is the splendidly designed Fiddyment Farms High School, whose campus mirrors that of a prestigious college; a campus that has recently celebrated its second graduating class.

The realm of Fiddyment Farms boasts its own dedicated police force, ensuring the security and safety of its inhabitants, along with the presence of two strategically located firehouses. Dominating the scene is Raley’s One Market Place, an establishment housing a collection of diverse restaurants and, intriguingly, a forthcoming gas station. But perhaps the most pivotal asset to this community is the proximity of a medical clinic, a cornerstone of well-being for its residents.

Geographically, West Fiddyment unfolds into two distinct realms: West Park and Fiddyment Farm. This region proudly hosts a medley of esteemed home builders – Del Web, Taylor Morrison, KB Homes, Express, Lennar, Meritage, and DL Horton, to name just a few. However, a contemplative stroll around these grounds reveals a pressing concern: the existing infrastructure might soon find itself overburdened by the burgeoning traffic.
